Part time receptionist (18 hours a week) required to work in a vibrant Chiropractic and Complementary Health Clinic and Yoga and Pilates studio in Islington and Clerkenwell. Position is working a mix of shift patterns during the week (07:45-14:00, 13:45-19:30 and 16:00-21:00), there will also be occasional Saturdays and Sundays to cover holidays. Statutory holiday entitlement.
Duties would include :
Opening Clinic on time to greet first patients.
Making sure treatment rooms are tidy and computers turned on.
Welcoming patients/clients and attending to their needs whilst waiting for their appointments.
Taking new patients details
Answering phone and booking appointments
Typing and scanning letters
Attending to general administrative tasks.
Keeping reception tidy
Making sure the whole building is in good order – e.g. Checking toilets/kitchens/studios.
Folding Towels and gowns
Balancing days takings at end of day and putting in safe.
Making sure treatment rooms/studios are ready for next day’s clinic or classes. Turn off computers.
Closing clinic and making building secure.
Attending to any tasks requested by management.
Watering plants when needed
Role requires Good IT skills and excellent customer service, previous experience is a bonus. Interest in writing and social media would be a benefit.
