Gary Ingham Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa is a high end retail, salon and spa in leafy Hampstead in North West London. We're looking for bright, smart, intelligent, and warm people to join our growing tribe.

Part-Time Receptionist

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with a high end clientele in either a retail or salon environment, and be a real people person. experience with Aveda products and services would be great, but is not essential. Being an organised person, calm under pressure is essential. As is good spoken English.

This position is very important within our business, as you will be the first impression we give to the public. You will be the key person responsible for retail sales, customer service, and front of house matters.

Above all, we're a fun place to work with a warm and friendly team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests
• Advising guests on haircare and skin care.
• Assisting guests in arranging salon and spa appointments.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Cashing up till
• Opening and closing premises when required.
• Taking part in on-going product training and education.
• Being an ambassador for the Aveda brand.
