The Role:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all our members, providing prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times, dealing with all incoming email and phone inquiries, taking restaurant and wellness treatment bookings, ensuring smooth communication between all departments, hosting and escorting members to the correct areas of the club and providing concierge services whilst maintaining an enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
•Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring members are served in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
•You will work as part of a team and make sure that an enjoyable environment is maintained, whilst focusing on member retention to deliver high quality service standards and improve member satisfaction levels within the Front of House area.
•You will be commercial in your thinking and drive revenue contributing to the additional spend revenue targets and the overall profitability of the Front of House department where applicable.
•You will embrace every opportunity to achieve success by personally delivering exceptional levels of customer and member service and be a positive role model for the Front of House team.
•Ensure that SKC Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
•Demonstrate a pro-active approach to self-development.
•Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.

Knowledge, Skills, experience, Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
•2 Years of experience in a luxury hotel/ restaurant.
•Customer Service centric
•The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels.
•A good team ethos is important, along with the ability to support team members and colleagues.
