Blue Square Residential is a dynamic and innovative property management company based in Chiswick, West London.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a receptionist / admin support who will be competent, professional and enthusiastic and able to communicate well at all levels. You will be dealing with our reception meeting and greeting, answering phones and also carrying out administrative duties such as population and upkeep of property data, administration of service charge accounts, , filing and organising paperwork.
Candidates from all sectors are highly welcomed; candidates with housing, estate agency or property management experience will be desirable but not essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidates will be well spoken, friendly and organised with fantastic eye for detail, inquisitive, analytical, with a can do attitude and must have the following skills and experience:
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Excellent both written and spoken English
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proven experience within customer service
THE HOURS
Position: Full Time
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Start: as soon as possible
£18k to £22k based on experience
LOCATION
Chiswick W4 - This role would be ideal for someone that lives locally.
