Spa and Massage operates a chain of five spas, all in London at an affordable price. The spas offer therapeutic massages to men and women with modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy, Thai and sport massages just to mention a few.
In 2013 physiotherapy was added to the menu with the aim of treating and consulting more serious aliments. Additionally onsite physiotherapists were introduced to consult all customers free of charge before their treatments.
Today Spa and Massage believe that massage therapy is as important to an individual's health regime as diet and exercise. We passionately believe in guarding against future health problems through regular massage therapy with the guidance and supervision of our in house physiotherapist. We encourage clients to receive regular massage therapy in order to maintain peak health and also treat medical conditions in a non-evasive way.
Job Description: RECEPTIONIST
Full-time Spa Receptionist needed for a busy massage clinic, named Spa and Massage.
Must be able to work on weekends and in the evening.
Full time: Six shifts per week (4.30-11.30pm); ~42 hours per week.
One day off per week.
Pay: £8.00 pr hour.
Principle duties include:
• Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and selling gift vouchers.
• Assists in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, and employee folder maintenance
• Create excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Help maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room(s).
• Manage therapists
Positions requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, and the businesses policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and co-workers.
• Able to work flexible days and weekends
