Property Administrator Needed

We are looking for a Part-Time administrator to join and provide assistance and support to our professional team.
Some responsibilities of this position include:
-Maintain the smooth run of the office at all times.
-Provide assistance to the rest of the team in the office and maintenance of office supplies.
-Be the first point of contact for applicants and clients, which include dealing with incoming calls and customers entering the branch and managing emails.
-Arranging viewings with customers and maintaining diary appointments.
-Accurately produce and maintain manual and computer files for each property in accordance with procedures.
-Keep the database organised and support in the general management of properties.
-Ensure that all correspondence in the form of standard letters and forms and related filing is promptly carried out.
-Prepare tenancy contracts and invoices.
The role is very varied and we are looking for someone friendly , willing to learn and keen eye for detail. This would suit a student and /or first or second jobber.
