We are a brand new Italian company and we have planned to open our first independent restaurant in Italy.
The opening of the restaurant is scheduled for January 2022 and it will be opened in the North East of Italy, in Treviso area not far from Venice.
It will be a fine dining restaurant, focused on research and based on foraged wild food. The forager chef that will run the kitchen is Italian but he has some years of working experience in UK. The cuisine it will be a mixed of influences, with the local best products as a base of it.
We are committed to reach the goal of a Michelin star in the close future, and we are ready to put all the effort to get it.
We are looking for employs ready to believe in common goals, somebody want to grow within the company in a great ambitious journey.
We are considering essential to be humble, determined and in love with this job.
We need people actively involved in our team, at all levels.
We are now recruiting for the following positions:
- Restaurant manager: we are looking a professional and flexible person, there are chances to considering a maitre ready for the next step.
- waiter/waitress and/or barmaid/barman with floor experiences.
- pastry chef and commis chef.
We think could be a great opportunity for Italians working in UK to be a part of an important project in their country and a great experience for Brits would like to be a part of great challenge overseas.
Obviously for the front of the house will be necessary the basic knowledge of Italian language meanwhile for the kitchen staff will not requested as it will be English the main language.
