Pastry Chef - 5* Boutique Hotel- British Restaurant -40 Hours- London £27kOur client is a 5 star boutique hotel based in central London They are seeking a competent and stable pastry chef at CDP or SCDP level for their modern British restaurant serving around 30- 50 covers per service plus afternoon teas for 30 covers on average You will be working alone on the section with cover for your days and shifts off based on a 40 hour week, no split shifts and last orders at 10.30pm so a great work life balance using fresh quality ingredients  You will ideally have hotel experience at 2AA standards as you will be preparing the afternoon teas as well as the restaurant desserts and serviceAs Pastry chef you must have a stable work career to date, (No Job Hopping) The salary is based on 24k basic plus 3k tronc, 40 hours pw and straight shifts  You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
