SALARY PACKAGE: £25,000 per annum
SHIFTS: 7 per week- 2 days off

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the pastry section of the kitchen
• Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
• Keeping your section clean and organised
• Detailed knowledge of the seasonal food
• Development of Demi and Commis Chefs
• Following the direction and commands of the senior team
