We are looking for a reliable NIGHT RECEPTIONIST for our hostel
• You need to be an EU citizen or have an EU working permit and already based in London!
• You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
• A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
• Excellent communication skills
• Open, social caring and straightforward character who is also not afraid of sometimes an occasional stressful time
• working hours would be either 11pm to 7am or midnight to 8am - so you'd need to be a night owl.
Your tasks:
• be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
• reservation procedures
• Check-in/ Check-out for individual Travelers and groups
• controlling bookings
• provide sightseeing information and insider tips
• dealing with customer inquiries
