Night Receptionist – Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join a successful company working in Serviced Apartments and Boutique Hotels in Central London.
Various shifts available:
• 5-6 nights per week : 7pm – 7am
• £8.50 per hour
OR
• 4 nights per week cross property : earliest start 7pm, latest finish 7.30am – approximately. 44 hours per week
• £9 per hour
As Night Receptionist you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm friendly manner, dealing with all requests and queries efficiently and professionally by telephone or face to face.
You will need to be an experienced Night Receptionist who is well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You must be welcoming, passionate, motivated and highly organised to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays.
You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments and have good administration skills. You must have good knowledge of the Opera Reservation System.
Alternatively, if you are studying or looking for part time work we also have a Weekend Receptionist role available too.
