Main role and objectives:As Night Front Office Host at Park Plaza Park Royal London you will have a key position in the arrival experience and stay of our guests. You will provide inspirational service and ensure our guests receive a high quality, personalised service. Your responsibilities:Carry out the arrival (check in) and departure (check out) procedures in a friendly, efficient and guest focused manner.
