And Then Some (andthensome. Agency), an ethical influencer agency, is looking for a freelance New Business Manager to join the growing team.
The role will be focused on sourcing business with new clients and supporting our creative team. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial approach to targeting new business and must be comfortable with lead generation, making approaches, speaking on the phone, meeting clients, pitching, growing a pipeline, closing deals and driving creative ideas to deliver results.
2-3 Years working within an agency/media background or Partnership/Sponsorship experience would be beneficial, although not essential. Work takes place remotely with one day per week in the London office for a catch-up. Approximately 2 - 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Lead generation - Identification and targeting of new clients within key sectors.
Driving revenue from new clients to meet targets and show tangible growth.
Account management of new clients brought on board, across their projects.
Writing creative proposals to answer client briefs in conjunction with creative.
Attending meetings to pitch ideas and services.
Skills / Traits:
Honed sales skillset – to successfully identify, progress and convert opportunities.
Strong written skills – to write Keynote / Powerpoint presentations and budget documents.
Budgeting and pricing – understanding client budgets and achieving solutions within scope.
Creativity – and using a creative flair when approaching ideas and writing pitch proposals.
Organisation skills – to work under pressure, prioritise and remain focused on goals and targets.
Sociable and approachable character – great with people and with a passion for business.
Results and success-driven
Remuneration Package:
Basic salary - dependent on experience
