Giant Group has a fantastic opportunity for a New Business Executive - Recruit to join the Telesales team based in London. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum + Uncapped commission + Benefits.

Role Overview:
An opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial, unbureaucratic and fast-paced company at an exciting time of growth with the addition of new complementary services. The role of the New Business Executive - Recruit is to initially generate new business leads for giant recruit from market research and supplied data.
This will primarily be through identifying and qualifying opportunities, with the aim of successfully selling the giant recruit software to both corporate clients and local authorities which can be met through arranging meetings or WebEx’s for field sales representatives. Once you have sufficient knowledge and confidence there will be the option to close smaller deals yourself via WebEx demonstrations and calls. The role will require a strong resilient backbone and great deal of persuasive negotiation skills while portraying an air of confidence.
Key responsibilities of the New Business Executive - Recruit
- Solely focusing on identifying and closing new business opportunities for the company.
- You will develop a detailed calling plan to identify potential businesses to engage with and sell our giant recruit Saas, building a new business pipeline, identifying new customers, arrange appointments or WebEx’s, and untimely close new customers.
- You will be able to meet key performance indicators in terms of call volume in order to generate leads for the company.
- You will actively seek up to date product and competitor knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Cross sell products on all calls with customers.
- You will see yourself as a hunter, who takes pride in discovering new business avenues and building relationships from the ground up
New Business Executive - Recruit requirements:
- Minimum 12 months sales experience, ideally in a cold call telephone based environment
- A high level of resilience
- Ability to undertake high call volumes
- Good rapport building and networking skills
- Strong negotiation skills and use of persuasive language
- Focused on results and success, with a proven track record of generating new business with a genuine passion for completing deals
- Be ‘technology aware’
- Quick learner - knowledge of giant recruit products and their application is key
- Software sales experience would be desirable
- Ability to plan own workload
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Skill to research markets and identify potential customers
- Excellent communicator both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure
