Head Chef - Exciting New Italian Opening - SW London 40-45kOur client has made their name in Europe and has now landed on our shores to create and deliver high quality and freshly made to order Pizzas in the wood ovens plus other freshly made rustic Italian cuisine with all the main ingredients purchased from Italy They are seeking a head chef with stable work experience and extensive knowledge of Italian regional cuisine and ingredients You must have high volume experience taking at least 30k per week, have a strong and likeable personality as the kitchen is open planned with customer interaction and everything is made on site including the special Pizza dough. You will oversee a team of 12 as head chef and it's vitally important that you know your kitchen financials, costings and all back of house procedures There are daily specials for you to be creative and ideally you will come from an independent restaurant background in Italian cuisine with volume Head Chef GBP40-45k.
