Munich Cricket Club is a busy, vibrant Bavarian Restaurant and Bar which first opened in London Victoria last year.
It has a focus on authentic Bavarian food and quality German Beers along with great service and regular Oompah nights.
We are now expanding to a second site and looking for an able Head Chef to add to our team.
We would class our food as Modern German – with a twist. Our food is quality and fresh – the volume is high during peak nights and seasons. We do operate off menu specifications – however you will have an active role in menu development and planning.
We require you to have a successful track record as a head chef or kitchen manager in a quality Pub or Restaurant (doesn’t have to be Bavarian!). You will be able to manage a very busy kitchen and keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
You will have Personality and great leadership skills. You will be operating in in a busy environment offering a great product to our customers. You will be able to operate to our exacting standards.
Defined career paths are in place. We are part of a company called Munich Cricket Club, who is in-growth and currently searching for more venues to expand our concept in. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of moving our brand into other areas of London.
Ideal Head Chef Candidates:
· Previous experience as a head chef in a high-volume kitchen · Ability to work under pressure
. Ability to lead a brigade effectively and efficiently
· Passionate about Bavarian Food and Quality
. Proven track record to manage Food Gross Profit effectively
. Highest standards in Food Hygiene and safety
. Level 3 Food Hygiene
