Parched Ltd is a proudly independent company with a passion for hospitality. Our growing family of venues, spread throughout South London are looking for a Head Chef at one of our Pubs in Peckham Rye – The White Horse.

Situated on the corner of the Rye itself and surrounded by some of the best known names on Peckham's up and coming restaurant scene, The White Horse has in its first year has built a formidable reputation through a daily changing menu of fantastic and seasonally-informed food. We work closely with a number of ethical and sustainable suppliers including the small farm in East Sussex where we produce our own sausages, cured meats and charcuterie.
We currently have other exciting projects in the area that the right candidate could also be involved with.
What we are looking for-
- A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar “gastro pub” environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Sous Chef level or above.
