We are a busy Brew pub on Mile End Road. Brewing Beer and serving Fresh food to an excellent standard.
E1 Fantastic Busy Brew Pub looking to recruit a Head/Sous Chef for busy Brew Pub.
This is an excellent position for a an outstanding creative and passionate chef who wants to work with great produce in a classic British Pub environment. Great opportunity to expand an already busy trade.
You will need to possess
The ability to lead and develop the kitchen team
Kitchen cost control-stock/budget management
Work with GM and Owner
The Head Chef that takes on this role will have previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen and will be a team player who motivates his brigade to get the best results from them at all times. Current team of five. The Head Chef will receive an annual salary up to £30,000 as well as tips, 28 days holiday and bonus.
