Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces.
We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Head Chef that can lead the brigade in our Pan Asian Concept Kaia.
Kaia
Kaia is one of the casual concept restaurants at the Ned. Offering a healthy Asian-Pacific concept; with colourful Poke bowls and the classic Robata grill section. The restaurant has 110 covers and is open every day of the week from 11am to 11pm. Take away is available in Kaia.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy high quality Restaurant.

Millie's Kitchen
Millie’s Lounge is a British brasserie and bar. The menu includes roast chicken, fish and chips and afternoon cream teas, all served alongside a selection of English sparkling wines, craft Ales and seasonal cocktails. Millie’s is the biggest restaurant at the Ned with 156 covers and 31 seats at the bar. The restaurant serves breakfast for hotel guests every day.
Cecconi’s
Cecconi’s is an all-day Venetian brasserie, serving the same Northern Italian favourites as its sister restaurants in Mayfair, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul, Miami and West Hollywood. Some of the signature dishes are the lobster spaghetti or the Veal Milanese. All the pizzas are fresh from the wood-fired ovens in the restaurant. Cecconi’s has 129 covers and is open from 7am until 11pm Monday to Saturday and 8am until 10pm on Sunday.
Malibu
Malibu brings Californian healthy food to the City. The menu offers superfood salads, a raw bar, flatbreads alongside fresh juices and smoothies. Malibu counts with 40 covers, serves breakfast for the hotel guests every day and is open from 7am until 11pm.
Zobler's
A Jewish-style, New York deli serving up a selection of favourites such as over-stuffed sandwiches, matzo ball soup, smoked fish, salads, bagels and cheesecake. The menu is available to eat in or take away. The deli has 100 covers and serves from 7am until 11pm on weekdays and 9am until 5pm on the weekend.
Café Sou
Café Sou is a French-style café offering different baguettes, rillettes, quiches and steak tartars. The omelettes are cooked to order with different fresh ingredients. This menu can be ordered at the counter to eat in or take away. Café Sou is open on weekdays from 7am until 10pm and has 40 covers.
