Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead and develop our kitchen brigade. As a Head Chef of Aubaine you will consistently deliver high quality food to our guests to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us!
As a Head Chef you will:
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
• Be responsible for daily operations in the kitchen
• Be maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
• Be managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs
• Ensure that the company Health and Safety Policy is met at all times
What are We are looking for in you?
• Strong leadership skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Desire to develop the more junior members of the kitchen brigade
• Similar experience in a quality restaurant
• Good understanding of French / Mediterranean cuisine
