Forge are working with a boutique contract caterer to recruit a Relief Head Chef to Bolster their central support team in London.

The caterer has several sites located in London ranging from large B and I staff restaurant and hospitality offers to pure hospitality contracts.
An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join their team in a relief capacity to support the Group Exec Chef with overseeing the London region.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Running a variety of different kitchens as required by the business.
- On site training and development
- Assisting the Group Exec Chef with overseeing the London region.
- Managing diverse teams
- Maintaining all health and safety standards.
- Book work and admin duties

Due to the diverse nature of the role the Relief Head Chef should be adaptable to different environments and a strong all rounder, able to lead and enthuse their teams.

Relief Head Chefs should have a strong background in contract catering in both employee dining and hospitality to high standards.
Fantastic communication and organisation skills are also essential.

Salary: Circa £30k + Travel + OT
Core Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
