We have a fantastic opportunity for a fresh, funky and a dedicated Chef/foodie looking for a new role with exciting opportunities within our beautiful restaurant located within this premium department store.
You will be responsible for:

Delivering quality food to exceptional standards, made with brand specifications, ensuring detailed presentation of all dishes.
compliance with health and safety, food hygiene and due diligence requirements.
Delivering gross profit through effective ordering, portion control and waste management.

Massarella Catering works in partnership with this store, currently operating restaurants and café operations throughout the UK, however this is a unique operation and one where you can shine and develop in. You will need to ideally be from a branded background with both technical and commercial expertise and have appropriate Chef and catering qualifications.
