We are an all day restaurant and Brasserie and bar operation, looking for a hands on Head chef, with minimum 3 years experience at HC level, who leads from the front. You have a varied and good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisines as well as modern European.
You must have an excellent culinary skills and knowledge, to be able to change and introduce seasonal menus and offerings, to very high standards, and to improve the current team and build to a higher standard menu. A passionate individual who is hungry to create and develop a multi level operation, a team player ready to get involved with the management to help us launch a new image and brand.
