 Able to lead the kitchen team
 Responsible for menu planning and design of food service within specified budgets ensuring high standard of food presentation and portion/quality control
 Providing the highest possible standards of innovative food both in the café and Restaurant , working with the manager and café staff to drive sales whilst achieving General Practitioner
 Help to maintain effective health and safety, hygiene and food safety records and allergen procedures ensuring compliance with the law.
 Responsible for purchasing, receiving, storage and stock controls of all lines demonstrating kitchen due-diligence and provide allergen information to staff and complete allergen matrix.
 Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
