Each restaurant has its own identity and menu that comes from the group Executive chef Although the core menu is already written you will have creativity over daily specials so they are seeking a head chef that's comfortable with following the brand menu but creating the specials The restaurant will be busy and therefore you must have previous high volume all day dining experience managing teams of up to 15 chefs with work stability at head chef level The head chef is responsible for all ordering, costings and H and S compliance plus ongoing staff training.
