As Head Chef you will have the necessary skills and a good understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen. You will be able to maintain and run all sections in the kitchen and control the quality of dishes and service. You will achieve the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. As an active team player, you will use your excellent communication skills to lead the kitchen team and oversee staff training and development while producing fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of. You will demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regards to both General Practitioner and labor.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing the menu as well as the management of the kitchen. You will have the necessary skills and a good understanding of what it takes to manage a kitchen. You will be able to run the pass while keeping cool under pressure and leading your team during a busy service. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
