A experienced Senior Sous or Head Chef who is seeking a new challenge to work for one of London's most famous restaurant groups.
The Ideal candidate will have experience leading award winning teams and MUST have a stable employment history.
Someone who has previous experience working with German, Austrian or Swiss cuisine would be desirable.
All applicants must have strong references, be creative and able to work under pressure.
They are looking for a hands on head chef who can lead by example whilst training/motivating the junior members of the brigade.
