Our client is an award-winning Gastro Pub in Richmond which is looking for a talented and organised Head Chef to lead its kitchen of two chefs. This Gastro Pub is committed to delivering fresh food, using seasonal British produce. The kitchen serves a simple, well designed menu, accompanied by an excellent range of craft Beers. The package on offer to the successful candidate is £34,000.
This position requires someone with Head Chef experience in a Gastro Pub, who has a passion for working with fresh ingredients. Strong General Practitioner and Financial focus are key to the successful running of this kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have:

Head Chef experience.
Confidence managing a kitchen of 2 chefs and 1 KP, executing a menu from fresh.
Confidence in presenting menu ideas to the Managing Director.
Confident in maintaining stock control and waste management.
Strong General Practitioner and Financial Focus are essential.
Good communications skills and a high level of spoken English.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
