Friends of Ours are a young, ambitious, independent company is looking for a new Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
We recently won the "Best Brunch in Hoxton and Shoreditch 2022" award from the Love London Time Out awards. We're looking for a Head Chef to help us cement this reputation and grow our company.
This role will give the right candidate all the creativity they could want. We offer seasonal menus, using the widest variety of ingredients, and we take influence from dishes served all over the world. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to a long-term project, and to help us deliver the finest brunch cuisine in London.
We can offer daytime working hours, a relaxed modern approach to cooking and a great work/life balance.

Proven experience running a kitchen and the ability to manage a small team.
Modern approach to food, plating and techniques.
Innate knowledge of food trends, especially vegan and plant-based cooking.
Hard work ethic and strong attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge of HACCP
Brunch experience would be a nice-to-have.
