We are now recruiting a passionate head chef for our fresh food pub on Holloway Road. We are looking for a head chef who can take full control of all health and safety issues as well as deliver excellent standards in food service and presentation.
You would also be keen on developing and coaching your teams to deliver the highest standards on a daily and weekly basis. The pub has a good food trade as well as a growing function trade including weddings.
