We are looking for a Head Chef with lots of ambition and enthusiasm to join our team at a new site in central London. Our Head Chefs need to balance food quality and consistency, financial performance and excellent people management. Reporting to the General Manager -
He/she is responsible for all dry stock and is expected to produce weekly General Practitioner 's. They must recruit and manage kitchen team along with the General Manager. They must ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during and in-between services. Kitchen standards and health and safety and hygiene must be kept at a high level.
Successful candidates will have the following.
Previous experience as a head chef in a busy, quality driven company - experience of a restaurant opening would put you at an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with challenges on the spot.
A desire to constantly be looking for ways to improve your own and your team’s performance, through effective people and system management
The ability to run a busy kitchen of 100 + covers per hour with ease
The understanding that as a Head Chef, you are responsible for the food and drink coming out of the kitchen whether you are in there or not.

We will pay a very competitive salary beginning at a minimum of £32,000 p/a plus bonus for our successful candidate.
