We are looking for a head chef for the day to day running of the restaurant. You'll be involved in writing menus, recruitment and food safety etc.
We are a modern British Brasserie serving seasonal food, centered around our charcoal oven.
You will be fully supported by the two owners to help run this new and exciting independent restaurant. You will work approximately 50-55 hours a week depending on business levels.
