We opened Bone Daddies in Soho in 2012. We’ve grown it a bit since, but it remains small at heart and reflects food trends current in Japan today. We serve authentic Japanese Ramen, contemporary Izakaya and Yoshoku food, each in renowned chef Ross Shonhan’s unique style.
We are looking for a Head Chef to help lead our energetic, passionate and dynamic team. You will have worked as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, fresh-food kitchen, be organized, with the ability to multi-task. You will be people focused, with a proven ability to lead and develop your team. You will be honest, kind and always have one eye on your goal.
For the right person, there is plenty of scope to get creative with your menu ideas while learning a lot about the quality offerings of our menus also.
Role:

Full financial accountability - Food General Practitioner ’s, Ordering, wastage control and labour control.
People - Recruitment, Human Resources , employee relations, succession planning and scheduling.
Ensure all employees adhere to company policies in all aspects.
Dealing with all aspects of service – maintaining company standards and dealing with any customer complaints/queries.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work 5 days, split over 7 shifts, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
