Forge are working with a reputed Norwegian based Italian restaurant brand with several sites across Norway to recruit a Head Chef for the latest opening in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Our Client currently has 7 large sites across Norway and are opening their first site outside of Norway in Copenhagen, Denmark. The sites serve an authentic Italian menu including antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci all made fresh on site, each site has a unique identity focused on a different region of Italy. The restaurants are high volume and serve approximately 500 covers daily.

The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the day to day running of their restaurant and have input into menus with the Group Exec Chef. Strong management and organisation skills are a must as well as a sound understanding of Italian Cuisine.

The Head Chef will be fully involved in the full opening of the restaurant and will initially be based in Oslo for training and pre opening before moving across to Copenhagen to manage the opening.
