Head Chef – Independent Caribbean Restaurant Group - £40-42k OTESalary up to £35,000 plus 20% KPI bonus This amazing casual dining Caribbean restaurant group is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the running of the kitchen based in a busy central London area Ideally, as head Chef you will have worked within in a relaxed dining, a la Carte style restaurant and will have some experience and/or knowledge of Caribbean cuisine Branded experience would also be beneficial as you will be following the company menus The restaurant offers fresh Caribbean cuisine with a modern London twist and you will be responsible for leading and training the team of 10 chefs and current food safety and Hygiene knowledge along with running the pass in busy operationsIn return a salary of £30-35,000 will be available plus a 20% bonus scheme This would be perfect for a strong head or sous Chef from a high street restaurant or a head chef with Caribbean experience who wants to be part of something special and growing You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted Please note that only suitable candidates can be contacted for short listing.
