Talented, experienced chef required for our bar and restaurant in North West London.
Independent bar and kitchen Kilburn IRONWORKS is serves food from 5pm to 10pm Monday - Friday and 10am to 4pm for brunch on weekends, with the evening menu available again until late.
This opportunity will suit a passionate, experienced head chef looking to run their own kitchen. We are currently implementing a street-food style menu, focused on a mix of American, Mexican and South American styles. This includes burgers, beef brisket, sliders, tacos, burritos, etc.
As head chef you will be in control of the kitchen and managing your own team. You will be liaising and working with local suppliers and be responsible for the standard of food and costing. You will have creative input on the menu and create your own seasonal recipes.
Tips are distributed between all staff members.
Serious, experienced candidates only! Good command of English is a must, as well as a passion for street food.
Salary up to £32,000 per annum OTE, depending on experience.
