HEAD CHEF ROLE
The Dynamo is a busy all-day cafe and restaurant with a love for cycling, good coffee and great food.
We are delighted to announce the opening of our 2nd site in Balham this November and we are looking for a passionate chef to take over in our Putney site. You may currently be in a Head Chef role or you could be an experienced Sous Chef bursting for the opportunity to show your star quality.
Offering a space for cyclists and non-cyclists alike, we open early with awesome breakfasts and brunches, serving wonderful coffees and fresh juices. Our beautiful bespoke Dynamo wood-fired oven then turns out sourdough pizzas from lunch into the evening, accompanied by a fantastic selection of small plates, salads and craft Beers.
We are incredibly busy and it is important that we have a tight kitchen team. Consistency with our food is key and we are very proud of what our kitchen team produces. We have a small pizza menu and regularly changing specials, sourcing only top quality ingredients from local suppliers.
