Head Chef - London GBP40,000Prestigious B and I Hospitality Contract Mon - Fri - City / East London Superb Opportunity for Quality Candidate with fine dining background Our client is a quality contract caterer and is seeking the skills of a talented Head Chef with a stable background to work within this prestigious client B and I site catering for the fine dining a la Carte and hospitality You must be well presented as you will be customer facing at times and have previous experience in Michelin/3AA restaurants/Hotels or blue chip client dining at Head Chef level Your duties will include managing a team of 9 chefs through daily service in the fine dining, hospitality with over 15 meeting rooms to include sandwiches, buffets, canapé's, bowl and finger food You will be required to plan menus and take responsibility for all the kitchen financials and paperwork You will report to the Executive head chef on site The roll will be Monday to Friday with some evening work included This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional chef to achieve work life balance without compromising on superb quality.
