We are looking for someone to oversee our back of house team and develop our seasonal menu.
Our kitchen is open every day, with breezy brunch dishes and burgers during the week, and sensational drag brunches on Saturdays and Sundays.
Candidates should up to date with food hygiene documentation, have relevant experience and references and an acute understanding of current food trends.
