We are working with one of London's finest boutique contract caterers to recruit a Head Chef for this fantastic site in Uxbridge.
The kitchen caters for up to 80 staff for breakfast and lunch and has recently been refurbished with stunning catering facilities.
The Head Chef will be responsible for creating all the menu's with a heavy bias towards regional Italian cuisine.
The Head Chef will have complete autonomy over the day to day running of the kitchen and be heavily involved with the onsite client.
Menus will change daily and need to be authentic and high quality..
We are looking to hear from Head Chefs with a passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to work independently and within a small team.
This is a brand new site for our client therefore it is a great opportunity to make the kitchen your own.
Core Hours: M - F, 7am - 4pm
Salary: £32k
