An independent pub group currently on the outlook for experienced General Managers to take over one of our flagship sites in East London.  Applicants must have a strong background in running very busy sites, have an eye for detail and be prepared to lead from the front. Good stock control and a proven record of having a tight grasp on the P and L in their previous roles is a must. Overall the applicant must have a love for great food and good music. Salary dependent on experience.  Immediate starts available.
