Little Bat Cocktail Bar are looking for a new General Manager
We are a neighbourhood cocktail bar and sister site of Callooh Callay in Shoreditch. You will need to have experience in a similar role where customer service, venue environment and digestible product standards are at the highest level possible.
We are a close knit team focusing on classic and signature cocktails, a small plate food menu and a cracking wine list just off the hustle and bustle of Upper St in Islington (N1).
You will need an understanding of P and L, Human Resources , Health and Safety as well as marketing and social media.
This is a unique opportunity for the right General Manager to be part of a forward thinking, people and service focused company.
We’re looking for a GM currently working in a premium high volume bar, or an AGM who is looking to make the next step in their career
You will need to have great people skills, natural charisma and love cocktails, food and people.
Personality and passion and the ability to engage with people are essential.
