We are looking for someone with the following experience;
- A track record of working in a similar venue or hospitality brand
- A passionate and inspiring attitude
- High level of customer service, really driving staff to engage and build relationships with customers ensuring they have an individual and exceptional experience
- Team training and development
- Identifying opportunities to network and reach out to businesses and the community to drive sales and footfall
- Managing profit and loss through wage cost, food cost and inventory
