Artist Residence London is looking for an experienced general manager/ GM to join us with immediate start. We are an award winning 10 bedroom boutique hotel with a restaurant and cocktail bar. We have sites in London, Brighton, Cornwall, Oxfordshire and soon Bristol.

Our restaurant The Cambridge Street Kitchen is a bustling all day concept located in Pimlico just minutes from Victoria Station. From an open kitchen Michelin trained head chef Elliot Miller serves an inventive menu. Our cocktail bar serves creative drinks headed up by our bar manager, Warren.
Main Responsibilities
• Day to day running of the hotel, restaurant, bar and events
• Analysing P and Ls, hitting financial targets and KPIs
• Welcoming out local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly manner
• Sharing our infectious love of food and drink with the team and customers
• Inspiring and motivating the team, keeping them engaged and energised
• Providing ongoing, interesting and innovating training to our new and existing staff
• Ensuring our high standards and genuine friendly service are exceeded at all of the time.
• Maintenance of the building, health and safety procedures

• You are super passionate about travel, food and drink
• You have lots of personality; character, charm and you are a people person.
• Not afraid to think outside the box and get Stuck in
• Hungry to learn and develop your skills within an innovative company
• You get things done.
• You have 2 years experience working in restaurant and/or hospitality management
• You desire to make a difference to others.
