Our client, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is seeking a lively, energetic General Manager to join their team based in London!

Their menu has only 6 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top-quality ingredients. Their People are full of character and personality are passionate, friendly and proud of the food they sell. As General Manager key responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of ‘Pizzaiolas’ and front of house teams to deliver both outstanding service and food to their customers consistently.
- Ensuring the on-going training, development and general well-being of their excellent and very proud Pizza teams.
- Ensuring you keep the Finance guys happy by hitting your profit targets.
- Keeping the standards tip top in your restaurant by achieving excellent food safety results.
- Knowing your stuff when it comes to Italian food, wine and all things dough related.
- Absolutely loving your customers!

To become their new General Manager you must have the following skills and experience:
- Have been fully accountable for your own team and restaurant for at least one year.
- experience with pizza/Italian food is desirable but not essential, if you have the passion they can teach you the rest!
