Tidalwave Bars are seeking an experienced General Manager to run our busy, vibrant pub in Central London.
The Smugglers Tavern prides itself on high quality products and excellent customer service. We specialise in rum, craft beer and fantastic seasonal British food. If taking charge of an independent venue in the exciting Fitrovia area appeals to you then we would love to  hear from you.
The Smugglers Tavern is part of Tidalwave Bars. Started in 2011 by friends Ross, Angus and Crusoe, Tidalwave Bars are a growing business, specialising in pubs with an independent feel, a warm welcome and fantastic food and drink offer. 
Please send your CV over to us ONLY if you have the following: 
- At least 3 years Pub Management experience. 
- An extensive knowledge of all alcohol including Spirits, Wine, Cocktails, Ale and Beer. 
- An extensive understanding of Restaurant Management: Designing menus alongside a Head Chef, staff food training, understanding food seasonality. 
- A competent understanding of P and L, Drink General Practitioner %, Food General Practitioner %, Staff Training, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene. 
-Bookings experience: working with online booking systems, dealing with customers face to face and via email.  
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
