The team behind Frank's Cafe are opening a new bar in South London and need an enthusiastic and organised General Manager to head up the operations.
The venue is brand new for this summer, but is housed inside the grounds of South London's oldest and most significant art institutions.
The ideal candidate will be service focused with experience in the logistics element of running an unusual venue.
The General Manager will be responsible for a mid-sized team, stock ordering and management, cash reconciliation, financial reporting and liaising with the site operations team.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
Personal License required
Ideally the General Manager would hold a Full UK Driving License.
