OBJECTIVE OF ROLEAchieve and exceed the targets for the outlet in terms of profitability, customer experience, risk management, brand optimisation and staff development.
Be a brand ambassador and develop your team to be so Optimise sales through effective customer experience and selling techniques Deliver world-class service in store with strong guest engagement Support and develop the commercial strategy for the business Effective rostering, stock management and ensure all costs are managed efficiently to minimise expenditure Manage health and safety for the store, and act as a First Aider Manage all aspects of store security in accordance with company policy and procedure including staff, cash, stock, IT, buildings Contribute to the wider success of the business Maintain strict confidentiality of brand knowledge, product and techniques Grow personally and professionally as part of a dynamic business.
experience skills and knowledge required
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with full P and L responsibility Current or previous experience with Food Retail; bakeries, Coffee shops, premium grab-and-go concepts or related Current London experience within Premium retail / Hospitality / Food retail is a must Excellent written and verbal communication Bilingual French and English required. Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards Professional business awareness Understanding of store targets and the drivers behind them Sound judgement with confident decision-making Ability to implement procedural change Ability to coach and give feedback effectively and honestly Assertive, confident communicationIT literacy with a sound understanding of Excel, MS Outlook and interne.
