Overview of role:
The role of the General Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing the unit. In addition the General Manager is tasked with constantly challenging the current operation and researching new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability in their business. The General Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring the unit is operated and maintained to maximize profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.
Responsibilities undertaken by the General Manager:

Ensure the atmosphere of the unit e.g lights, music, temperature and ambience is appropriate to our customer profile, time of day, and the standards set by the Area Manager
