As the Assistant General Manager you will be supporting the General Manager in the daily operation of the venue, as well as focusing on development and training. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running restaurant, alongside motivating the team to deliver the highest possible standards of service.
* Operational experience as an Assistant Manager with Full accountability for the performance of a site.
